1. Information We Collect

To operate our mutual-fund grade NAV platform, we collect information required to verify identities and log financial records:

• Account details: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and encrypted password credentials.
• Onboarding & Payments: Bank account reference details, UPI handles, transaction receipts, and payment screenshots uploaded manually to confirm deposits.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Government-issued ID cards, verification numbers, and selfies to prevent financial fraud.

2. Data Security & Storage

We store all uploaded payment proofs, KYC documents, and financial records securely:

• Cloud Storage: All files (receipts, KYC documents) are stored on encrypted Cloud Buckets (AWS S3/Supabase Storage) with strictly restricted administrative access.
• Authentication: Standard JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with proactive refresh tokens protect your sessions. Access tokens are never saved permanently on our servers.
• Network Security: HTTPS protocols ensure that all transmissions between your browser and our backend APIs remain encrypted end-to-end.

3. Sharing of Information

Wealth Builderss does not sell, rent, or trade your private financial details with third-party advertising companies. Data is only accessed:

• By verified platform administrators to approve manual deposits and confirm ledger transactions.
• By automated systems to calculate referral payouts and monthly Net Asset Value distributions.
• When legally required by financial audit regulations or judicial commands.

4. Cookies & Trackers

We use secure local storage and minimal cookies strictly for system authentication states and theme selections (Light vs. Dark Mode settings). No behavioral trackers are deployed to monitor your activity outside the platform.

5. Your Legal Rights
