1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, depositing capital, or accessing the dashboard on Wealth Builderss, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These rules represent a binding legal agreement between the user and Wealth Builderss.

2. Manual Deposits & Approvals

To guarantee bank-grade ledger security and prevent fraud:

• Users submit payment requests manually by uploading transaction reference codes and receipt proofs (UPI, Net Banking, QR, Forex transfers).
• Platform administrators audit these transactions. Approvals take up to 24–48 business hours.
• Investment Start Date: The official yield contract start date is determined solely by the day an administrator verifies and approves the deposit.

3. Investment Plans & Models

We support two distinct investment structures matching varying capital scales:

• Pool Account Investment (Below ₹25 Lakhs): Returns vary based on market conditions (historical portfolio returns have ranged between 20% to 35% annually, approx. 1.6% to 3% monthly). Profit shares are distributed dynamically using our monthly NAV calculations.
• Demat / PMS Investment (Above ₹25 Lakhs): A capital-recovery model. The first 7 to 18 months focus strictly on principal recovery. During this recovery phase, zero company profit shares are deducted. Post-recovery, profits are split at 40% to the client and 60% to the company.

4. Profit Payouts & Commission Engine

Payouts and referrals run on automated distribution models:

• Pro-Rata yield: Payouts for mid-month deposits are computed pro-rata relative to the remaining active days of that distribution cycle.
• Referral Commissions: Partners and agents receive structured commissions based on net monthly profit shares of referred users, computed and credited automatically on profit distribution cycles.
